1. The key issue is the cost. Although I paid a prepayment of more than 400 yuan online, the store did not recognize it and required 100% full payment.
2. My actual expenses were much higher than the online cost mainly because the store required me to repurchase local full insurance. The store mentioned that if I only purchased online insurance, I would need to pay 1200 euros upfront in case of an accident.
