The staff was very nice. Since we were traveling far, they upgraded us to a larger new car for free. Originally, we booked an older small car for over 200 Euros per day, but they gave us a new large car worth over 500 Euros per day at no extra cost. They explained their insurance options clearly and the difference between their insurance and the one I bought on QEEQ. There was no pushy sales pitch; it was up to us whether to buy it or not. Personally, I think it’s a good idea to buy basic insurance on QEEQ and full insurance at the pick-up location. The store's full insurance costs 14 Euros per day, and the deposit is only 200 Euros, which is slightly more expensive than QEEQ. QEEQ's full insurance requires a 1,000-Euro deposit but no upfront payment, making it more convenient and quicker. It was also very affordable to return the car in a different country, costing only 65 Euros.
