Points of dissatisfaction are as follows:
1. When the car was involved in an accident, no one was sent immediately to handle it. After multiple requests, someone was finally sent a few days later. Upon returning to my country, my deposit was withheld because they claimed there were manual fees for the incident, which were not included in the insurance. This potential cost was never mentioned when picking up the car.
2. The fuel tank was not full when picking up the car. I had to pay for parking myself. Additionally, there was a small hole in the backseat window tint, which was impossible to notice when picking up the car at night, only discovered during the day when someone sat in the back. Again, a deposit was withheld.
3. They required me to return the car one hour before my booked time. I originally planned to arrive at the airport at 4:30 am, but they insisted I arrive at 3:30 am to inspect the car. However, upon my arrival at the agreed time, no one was there! I was told to leave the car keys in the glove compartment and return the car online! This wasted an hour of my sleep time!

2. The car was not fully fueled at pickup, I had to pay for parking, and there was a small hole in the rear window's tinting film. This damage couldn't be seen at night during pickup; it was only noticeable during the day while seated. Later, the deposit was deducted again.
3. They asked me to return the car one hour earlier than my booking time. Although I said I would be at the airport at 4:30 AM, they insisted I arrive at 3:30 AM for a car inspection. When I arrived at the designated time, no one was there! They just instructed me to leave the car key in the glove compartment and return the car online, wasting an hour of my sleep time!!
They randomly charge extra fees anytime they want. When did this rental platform become so chaotic for consumers? The deposit had to be paid in cash on the spot, not through the platform, nor by credit card—direct cash payment was required. I specifically checked and found that there were no extra delivery charges on the rental platform, but upon arrival, we were asked to pay a delivery fee. Upon returning the car, they said we had to pay a late fee. I clearly had 4 hours left before reaching the 24-hour mark, yet they charged me a late fee of 200. No other platform charges extra fees for returning the car. Future users should be cautious with this rental company.
