They are the only company that rents cars to people with domestic licenses, which is quite unusual. Locals drive recklessly, frequently changing lanes and turning without signals, so it takes some time to get used to it. The road conditions are poor, and the city is very congested.
The car rental company randomly charged fines when returning the car and did not provide a receipt. The platform asked the company, but they denied the charges. The experience was very poor, not recommended.
