The staff gave us a car that had no air-conditioning working. We had to spend 2-3 hours total resolving this issue.
After we got the new car, we got a punctured tire while driving on a highway.
We had to get this repaired ourselves and chilean did not even compensate us.
Overall poor quality vehicle and bad experience.
