Easy and stress free

We picked up the car at 7 PM. The inspection was very casual, some scratches could only be seen using our own flashlight. There were obvious scratches on the back of the car, and if we hadn't carefully checked, the inspection staff would have ignored them. Later, we discovered a small rim scratch and were told to refer to the contract; anything not recorded was our responsibility.

The attitude was extremely poor. They seemed to think that people from mainland China know nothing. This was the worst car rental experience in my travels to over 50 countries. Initially, I chose to support a car rental company run by fellow Chinese, understanding the challenges of living abroad. It was only a one-day rental, and I was curious about the business. However, this experience made me vow never to rent from a Chinese-run car rental company again.

It was my first Global Roaming call to ring for their shuttle and slight language difficulty was overcome because the driver recognised us on his arrival at the airport

I use easyrentcars often and think they are very good compare site. Price check has saved me money too. Customer service very helpful and prompt replies

though the office is a bit minimal the prices are great. As long as they don't go bust overnight, worth it.
