All service is good and staff very friendly.

From picking up the car to returning it, it was a pleasant process. The staff were very friendly. On the return day, we woke up late and were nearly an hour late. They didn't charge us for the extra time (at least that's what they said, we'll see when the deposit is refunded). They even gave us extra time to refuel.

Very satisfied, there was almost no waiting time, got the car immediately.

Very efficient. When asked for a driver's license, they mentioned that having a Canadian one was convenient. So there were no translation issues. All the contracts were displayed on the screen, and I just signed to agree. Found the car outside, the key was inside, and I got an inspection sheet as well. If there were no scratches, I didn't need to worry. At the exit gate, someone checked my documents and contract again.

Budget rep was very friendly and helpful. Process was efficient & quick. An airport pickup so the line was a bit long fbut manageable.

QeeQ booking was super fast and simple. The rental rate was excellent, and full insurance coverage a bonus. Will definitely try to use QeeQ again!
