This time I rented a car from BUDGET, and compared to others, they asked more detailed questions and the registration process was more comprehensive. There was even a staff member providing instructions beside the actual vehicle. Overall, very satisfied.

The company checked the fuel level without being too strict, and didn't mind that the car wasn't washed, as it's hard to find a car wash in winter.

It's a lovely small company, however it took a while til they picked me up from the airport location. and also for the second time they gave me a minivan instead of the economy car i booked. If you enjoy such upgrades you're in for a good surprise. I though I just spent extra money on gas. But otherwise - a positive experience.
