Je suis très déçu car vous m'avez encaissé 114 CAD par erreur en me facturant 1 GPS alors que je n'ai pas pris de GPS sachant que j'utilise mon mobile. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois de France et je trouve trop long le traitement de mon remboursement et en plus personne ne répond à me emails donc le service client n'est pas de qualité à mon goût.
Discount did not have the type of car I ordered for. Instead they gave me a small hatchback which could hardly fit 2 people. I had to again for the next day for exchangig the car. Although they started my contract on the actual time alone with the insurance. Overall it was a delay of 14 hours to receive my actual car.
Not enough counter staff. They have many costumers and can’t procide sufficient service properly. The pick up takes very long. no after hour drop off, drop off takes very long and is completely unnecessary. Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.
