About Europcar:5.3/10
received car with failed battery, drive to the middle of desert and battery ran flat after turning of for 2 minutes. spent 24 hours trying to sort out the battery and get a replacement car but it never arrived. Will not risk my life renting from them ever again and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to do so
The attitude was good. However, they initially did not accept the official notarized document and said they only recognized the translated document (the small white booklet). I had to explain for a long time. I hope the platform can communicate better with the car rental company.

Car was not ready by the time we got to the counter (delayed on landing).
The tolls in Dubai were a bit of a surprise as this was not made clear on pickup.
