Very dissatisfied, although they didn't push extra insurance or persuade me to upgrade the car, the reserved Volvo was unavailable and they only gave me an Opel if I didn't want to upgrade! They even downgraded me! Returning the car at Nice airport was complicated due to numerous turns, especially when trying to find the return lot. It's easy to end up in a parking lot instead of the car rental return area.

I booked a mini car as I have a small parking space at my apartment. The smallest they could give me was a Peugeot 308, which was far bigger than I needed and which was difficult to park.
