Short but sweet

If you don't have a return ticket, they say the order is invalid and won't refund your money or give you a car. They ask you to contact customer service for a refund, which has strict conditions involving other rental companies, and they charge you for the entire week if you're just a little late picking up the car. Everyone should avoid renting from this company in the future! Anyone who hasn't rented from them should be very cautious!

it would be nice to have a faster check in system I will have all my details written out but would be nice to have a quicker arrive and go system,

Since during my trip has been snow and winter conditions on the road I missed in the car equipment for cleaning the windows from ice and snow and winter tires too.

staff was slow

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.
