Very smooth transactions and knowledgeable staff

They kept trying to sell additional insurance and a fast pass card if I didn't buy. It felt uncomfortable.

Europcar's office inside the airport is convenient for picking up and dropping off the car. I called the counter around 11:30 PM to solve the no-start issue, and their service was very good. They proactively offered a higher-class car from the mechanic if the car couldn't be fixed. However, the vehicle maintenance or quality wasn't sufficient.

The service was reasonably enthusiastic, but there were too few staff who spoke Chinese.

Car was ready for me when I arrived and the staff was very professional. Delayed was caused by the card limit on my debit card.

Very straightforward to book. Only portion that wasn't clear was on after choosing partial payment, realised that using debit card could cause an inconvenience. Else, very efficient website with good bargains.

The service was great, very friendly and helpful. He helped me use the GPS and was very attentive at the pre-inspection pointing out miniscule scratches which I overlooked.
