The first car they tried to give me was unacceptable. The stereo and GPS nav was all in Japanese, and the service agent couldn't help me change it. Also there was a strange device near the driver's seat the agent couldn't identify. And the car smelled like old cigarette smoke. My first thought was that it was an employee's car they were trying to give me. Fortunately they gave me another car, and this one worked out fine.

“シガーソケットの初期不良”

予想以上によい車は受け取れませんでした。スタッフは親切で問題ないです。車のシガーソケットが最初から故障していましたが、気がついたのがしばらく運転してからだったので、スマートフォンの充電ができず、グーグルマップが使えずとても不便でした。シガーソケットの修理は簡単なはずです。
