保険などの二重構造

Counter staff was having a bad day at pick up due to sick staff so was without a bus driver. Another customer was quite abusive. Staff member told them what to do. I felt the staff member could have handled it better but it was a tough situation Drop off was very smooth. Counter staff did say "Thanks" for my help from the previous time

When I picked up the car I was very unhappy with the condition and cleanliness, I asked for it to be right in my pre emails. Then I rang and asked for a swap and no one got back to me.

I had a model guarantee but did not get that model. The paperwork on pickup was ridiculous. Took ages to collect the car. Kids seats that were booked were not already fitted.

The car was huge it was perfect for our large family and luggage. There were a few marks on the bodywork but staff inspected it and clearly recoded all marks. Inside the car was spotless and well maintained. Value for money was exceptional far cheaper than competitors. Staff were friendly and helpful when we dropped car off they were happy to drop us to a nearby hotel free of charge.

Need to have a person in the office who has better customer service experience
