Like: The young men were very patient and professional.
Dislike: Being unfamiliar with Sydney streets and expressways, we had a terrible time getting back to the rental location. Kept going the wrong way. At other rental locations, the company offers a localized map of the airport area.

Overall just okay! We wasted a lot of time while traveling, the queue was very long... We were lucky to wait for the shuttle for a while, but others on the same shuttle said they waited for an hour... The staff's attitude was mediocre, the car had 70,000 kilometers on it, and when we were taken to the airport, they even dropped us at the wrong place... costing us an extra $20 for a taxi...
