Not bad, but it seems unreasonable for customers to bear extra costs just because the car model was upgraded to a larger one (the rental company claimed that the compact option was only a small electric car. Considering the inconvenience of charging and my unfamiliarity with it, I did not agree).
The counter staff charged me $90 to add my wife as an additional driver. I've learnt that I don't have to pay for spouse as additional driver. Is that true
