Make sure to check if the fuel tank is full when picking up the car. Mine wasn't full, so I informed them, which meant I didn't need to refill it completely when returning the car.
The queue was extremely long, waited for 45 minutes. The Europeans ahead were having trouble with the language, and they took forever deciding over a $6 insurance fee.
Extremely slow service, the whole process took about an hour (half an hour waiting in line, half an hour to process, and there was only one couple ahead of me).
The rental location was very close to the hotel, so it was convenient even in light rain.
