Terrible car rental company. The staff at the front desk were very unprofessional and charged me a huge amount for no reason. It's been two months since I complained and nothing has progressed. I hope others don't fall into this trap like I did.
Renting a car at Christchurch Airport is very convenient. The rental company counter is prominently located at the exit. The pickup point is just a 2-minute walk from the exit.
The staff were very thorough and patient in explaining everything without trying to upsell anything. However, telling you that any issue will result in compensation might scare beginners.
