There were hardly any people when picking up the car. The process was quick and smooth. The car was in the nearby parking lot, the directions were clear, and it was easy to find.
The car was scheduled to be picked up at 10 AM, but I only got it at 4 PM. They kept saying there were no cars. If there are no cars available, why allow bookings? Wasted an entire day’s travel plans.
The rental company provides excellent service, patiently explaining payment details and additional driver issues. For minor scratches covered by insurance, just check when returning the car.
