Shuttle service for both pickup and return at the airport was very convenient, and the business process was quite clear and standard. However, there was no so-called Chinese service available at all, even after I asked.
Like: Great return service - Nathan was excellent. Dislike: Pick up - service not as efficient as it could have been.
