The service attitude was excellent, but the efficiency of Saudi staff is relatively low. The entire car pickup procedure took around 40 minutes. The vehicle's condition was quite poor, with many stains on the seats. The car's performance was weak, and pressing the accelerator caused significant jerking, making overtaking nearly impossible.
There was a long queue at the counter and the process was very slow. Al Ula airport is quite small, so I suggest that one person quickly gets off the plane and heads to the counter to handle the car rental procedures.
