The staff at the store were very welcoming, and the process was handled quickly. When the car arrived, another cheerful guy joined us for the vehicle inspection. He was very friendly and funny.
The car provided was not the one originally reserved, and the exterior had many scratches. The car had close to 100,000 kilometers on it. They proactively asked if I needed an introduction to basic car settings. When asked about insurance, I mentioned I had already purchased it, and they did not push me further.
They claimed some tools were missing from the trunk and wanted to charge a fee, even though there were no incidents during the trip. After firmly arguing my case, they finally dropped it, but it was extremely unpleasant.
