Very dissatisfied. Upon return, they nitpicked and claimed the underside of the car was scratched by flying sand and stones, insisting on a charge of 115 SAR. They also deducted the deposit twice, each time 2000 SAR.
The service attitude was excellent, but the efficiency of Saudi staff is relatively low. The entire car pickup procedure took around 40 minutes. The vehicle's condition was quite poor, with many stains on the seats. The car's performance was weak, and pressing the accelerator caused significant jerking, making overtaking nearly impossible.
