Like: The counter for pick up and drop off is just at the airport itself. Though had to walk to the other terminal where we alighted, but thankful didnt need to travel out of airport in the traffic jam to retrieve the car. Dislike: Communication was a slight issue as we couldnt speak in thai, but we still manage to get what we wanted.
At Don Mueang Airport, you can't use credit cards starting with a 6. You have to go to another airport to use them. The car return instructions are unclear.
When picking up the car, it took 20 minutes possibly because the vehicle wasn't ready. However, the rental process was simple and quick, and the staff were friendly for both pick-up and drop-off. The 11-seater petrol manual van was upgraded for free to a diesel automatic. Excellent! Very satisfied with this rental experience.
