The car rental company tries every way to increase costs. Even after purchasing full insurance, they repeatedly emphasized that any minor scratches on the car would result in a 900 euro deposit deduction. When buying cross-border services, they initially quoted 12 euros but ended up charging 15 euros. When asked why, they simply shrugged and said, 'I don't know.' Overall, it was not a very pleasant car rental experience.
When I arrived at the T1 store, there were no cars available. They said they didn't know how long I'd have to wait because they didn't have drivers to bring the cars from the parking lot. Then they told me to take a bus to the T2 store to pick up the car.
Counter at terminal 1 was not crowded during this time of the year and easy to find
The car was new VW TAIGO Medium SUV as expected.
The staff at the counter was nice paper less.
