The car rental company was easy to find. It was my first time renting with Wheego, and I had to fill out forms and verify my driving license. The staff was very patient, even giving me a map to guide me to pick up the car because of my limited English. When returning the car, the staff inside were also very friendly. You only need to hand over the keys to them. I received an email the next day. Now I'm just waiting for confirmation regarding the deposit, which might take a few days.
I’m very satisfied with the overall service. Always check reviews before traveling; they can be really helpful. The customer service was very responsive and patient, making me feel supported even while away from home. I want to thank the customer service reps I spoke with. Great job!
This rental company is very dishonest. They swapped your car at pickup and the car was full of damages! When returning the car, they said everything was fine, and after signing off and leaving, they charged an additional 800 euros from the deposit for new damages. The damages noted on the inspection sheet were already there upon pickup! Luckily, we had photos as proof. Such behavior is really terrible! I highly do not recommend renting from this company!
