No staff on duty and the keys were not left in the lockbox as agreed. I was stranded at the airport for two hours in 4-degree weather! According to airport staff, the lockbox for rental car keys was removed about six months ago, but the confirmation email from the rental company still directed me to the lockbox. The information is severely outdated.
Easiest check in ever, and whist they gave you the option for insurance, did not try to upsell, confuse or continue trying to push. Best car rental ever
