I asked if the car was ready, and he said to wait a bit more, that he didn't know. We had plans to drive 300 kilometers to a popular hotel to catch the sunset, and without the car, we couldn't make it in time. I called the car rental customer service, and they actively tried to help, but the staff was indifferent and said there was nothing he could do. We finally got the car at 5:00 PM, but it wasn't the one we reserved. Instead, we received a large, old, and broken car (the window was broken). Driving on the highway with an open window caused discomfort in my left ear. By the time we reached the hotel, it was already dark. Our first day's itinerary was severely impacted! We missed the best sunset and pool party at a 3000 RMB hotel, causing significant losses and ruining our travel mood! Avoid this company!!!

Note 1: The rental store is not at the airport rental car counters area; it is at the same place as the parking, in building C on the 4th floor, directly accessible from within the airport. Note 2: During the New Year, the ZTL restrictions in Rome change. If you're not familiar with ZTL rules, pay attention to road signs. In most cases, Google Maps will navigate around these zones, but if the destination is in the city center, it can be tricky. Most satisfied 1: Confirmed via email that I could return the car by myself early in the morning, just put the keys in the iron box next to the counter and don’t forget to take a picture. This solved my problem of having an early flight the next day. Most satisfied 2: Possibly got an upgraded model, the car was new and clean, although the screen was small, it was still smart. The steering wheel vibrates to return if you cross lanes. Most satisfied 3: The staff was very efficient and to the point.
