I am very satisfied with the overall service. Always read reviews before heading out, they can be really helpful. The customer service responds quickly and is very patient. It truly made me feel like I had someone to rely on while away. I especially want to thank the agents I spoke with on the phone. Great job!
It took three hours to get the car at the pickup location because the car was being reassigned, and the booked model was unavailable at the time. Similarly, the return time was delayed by three hours. Overall, the service was acceptable.
This car rental company is terrible. Avoid it!!! The car had no engine oil when I first drove it. The deposit was charged directly instead of being held.
