The queue time was a bit long, and the pickup location was changed twice (essentially just a few steps down the hallway). The main issue is that no matter what insurance you choose domestically, the store will still require you to purchase additional insurance. Even after explaining full coverage, it feels like it's impossible to rent a car without buying their insurance.
Overall, it's great. The highlight is that you can choose your own car. All the cars of the same type have their trunks open and keys inside the car—just pick one and drive off.
