Service was terrible. The first time I went there I had to go back to the airport to get my wife. Afterwards my wife was not needed because she wasn't the driver .

Had booked full to full and were told to bring back at same level as if a difference, would be charged a high amount - petrol station across the road!!!!
Very high excess charge out with hours - 8pm 35 euros.
On checking in, very unfriendly and unhelpful. Would have been nice to see a smile and shown how to operate the car.
On the plus side -automatic and a hybrid!
