First, there's no need to queue for pick-up, and the location is easy to find. Second, returning the car is very simple—just hand back the keys. Since it was around 9 PM, the staff didn’t come down to the parking lot for inspection, so I could leave directly.
The service was average, mainly because there were difficulties in communication. The car had scratches all over the body, but fortunately, I recorded a video before taking the car. It was a 6-minute video showing many small scratches. Please pay attention before picking up the car.
Thai people are quite nice. Even though I returned the car a day late, they didn't charge extra. But it's true that you can't reach them after office hours. (//∇//)
