After returning the car, the company was slow to confirm costs and kept holding the pre-authorization. Both the company and the platform failed to resolve this issue. Even with a highway fee package, I was still charged additional highway fees, and multiple complaints were not addressed.
Like: I got exactly the car I was told. Dislike: I didn’t realize that it would still be too small. I should have gotten a larger car.
