Terrible service, absolutely avoid this company. They discriminated against us as Chinese customers. We followed the entire process to handle a flat tire issue, but their internal miscommunication caused chaos. One staff member told us to wait on site for a tow truck, while another said to drive to an approved repair shop to fix the tire ourselves. We went to the repair shop, but after the repair, they charged us $300 for a towing fee. The worst part was that they claimed we breached the contract by returning the car a day early without any negotiation. They just told us: 'You need to return the car immediately, we can't help you with the rest.' Absolutely outrageous.
Bit confusing as to who is who in this process; Trip v Bargain v EasyRent? Desk at Hobart not signed so followed map link sent to us in email and ended up in car park at rental kiosk no longer used by anybody. Apart from the confusion on pickup, the experience overall was really good; staff at airport were great and car was clean, economical and very well priced.
