Acrescento que o funcionário insistiu muito para fazer seguro quando já tinha um feito por vosso intermédio, alegando que vosso da Axa não era tão bom como o deles em termos de cobertura ,!

Nous avons réserver notre véhicule sur internet, donc très facile et prix très abordable (pour Porto Portugal).
Cependant à notre arrive au guichet, la dame nous a proposé une assurance que nous avons refusé (l'ayant déjà sur ma cb) elle nous a donc donné une voiture en très mauvais état, avec des croix partout sur l'état des lieux, et en nous disant bon courage!! Bref elle se foutait de nous. Nous avons alors entamé un processus de négociation pour pouvoir enfin au bout de 3/4 d'heures avoir une voiture digne de ce nom!!
Goldcar provided excellent customer service. They were very kind during pick up & drop off. The only thing that was on the downside is that they charged €104 for a full tank which is not at all reasonable because when we filled up gas on the car, it was around the range of €50-70max for a full tank & we normally use up all the gas before fueling up. Also I’d like to add that when we got the car, gas was only 75% full. When we mentioned it to the employee he said this car is full tank & that it just doesn’t show full on the metre which is the most bullshit thing I’ve ever heard. Anyway long story short we ended up getting a refund of €25 for the not receiving the car in full tank. Other than that, everything went smoothly.
The customer service was very friendly and helpful when i arrived, as well as a smooth no fuss return. I was offered the option to upgrade to a more powerful car on the day, which proved a good suggestion from the customer assistant as a had a lot of hills to climb. Overall highly recommended, I had no issues.
