The deposit was not refunded even after 3 months of returning the car. No one handled the negotiations. The car rental company did not respond at all, and the after-sales service of the rental platform also did not address the issue.

The deposit is charged directly to your card, and once paid, it's impossible to get it back. They find any excuse to say I damaged their car and refuse to refund the deposit. Do not rent this car, absolutely do not rent it. It's a complete scam. The car was perfectly fine when returned, no issues at all, yet they wouldn't refund the deposit. When I complained, they just took some random photos of supposed damages and issued fake reports, claiming the deposit was used to cover repairs. How is it that the repair cost happens to be exactly $500?
