This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. Even though I had purchased full insurance, they kept pushing their own insurance, claiming they don't recognize domestic insurance.
