I had a great time traveling with the car. It didn’t give me a moment’s bother in three weeks.

It was okay. The queue was relatively quick. They initially gave me a Korean car, but I was not satisfied after picking it up. They immediately helped me switch to another car. However, the staff seemed to be South American and their English was not very good, so communication was difficult.

First time renting a car abroad, very good!

Great attitude, but since there were no economy cars available, we had to switch to a larger car. Why wasn't it free? Last time in Boston, we got a free upgrade.

Would not use Dollar again. Alamo are better. The car had a built in Sat Nav which they didn't advise us of so we paid for extra for a Sat Nav at almost $10 a day including tax which we didn't need. Got stuck in traffic so returned the car 2hrs later than specified and ended up paying for another day hire.
