About Hertz:8.0/10
Although I have paid $126.66 for insurance, Hertz charged me $130,80 for LIS (liability insurance)
Could you please reimburse me for this double charge?
The check-out process was slow, and they kept trying to upsell. Returning the car was very convenient, navigation was accurate, just dropped off the key and left, very efficient.
Overall, it's great. The highlight is that you can choose your own car. All the cars of the same type have their trunks open and keys inside the car—just pick one and drive off.
