This branch charges unnecessary fees and deducts money arbitrarily. Be cautious to avoid pitfalls. The rental cost was over 800, but they charged me 1627 for vehicle cleaning. Completely unreasonable.
If you have plenty of money, go for it! This is merely an intermediary company. The so-called compensation basically means asking customers to buy a car! Furthermore, offering rental cars is illegal, whether domestically or abroad, and legal proceedings have been ongoing.
Every panel except the roof was either scratched, dented, scraped or chipped.
We did not add any damage to the vehicle!
Europcar should not rent out vehicles in this condition.
