Easy to find, not many people in line, but the rental point is a 5-minute walk from the actual pickup location.

The car was in great condition with only 15,000 km on it. The interior was clean and had no strange odors. The service attitude was very good. We returned the car at Melbourne airport and there was a free shuttle to the airport. Very considerate service.

In a rush to get to the Great Ocean Road, I had to agree to switch to a Camry. The rental fee was only slightly discounted. The car was relatively old and not very clean.

Suzuki Baleno is not a good car.
