Terrible experience. Both pickup and drop-off were troublesome. The deposit was charged to the credit card instead of pre-authorization, and it's been a month without a refund.
I was waiting at the designated location, but the staff did not show up for over 30 minutes. I also couldn’t reach them by phone.
