It's hard to rate. I had a lot of luggage, so I specifically rented a Peugeot 3008. Upon arrival, I was told they provided a similar model, a small BMW. The trunk was extremely small. I requested a larger trunk but was told there was no car of the same size available, and I had to pay extra. I ended up paying 150 francs more for a Honda, which was quite disheartening.

It would be very helpful if Qeeq offered more comprehensive online rental contract management. For example, the ability to request rental extensions online would be a great feature

No one answered the phone to change the reservation. There was no option to change it online.
