The car rental company is excellent.

The process is simple, returning the car is convenient, and there's a free shuttle bus to the terminal.

It was okay. They gave me an electric car since there were no fuel cars available.

Very bad. They didn't require a tire inspection when picking up the car and tried to sell us scratch insurance, which we declined. Upon return, the inspector claimed there were scratches on the tires and said they would deduct from the deposit card for repairs (basically, they were going to replace the tires). No argument worked; we demanded to confront the staff who handed over the car, but they ignored us.

Very professional. You can see this company's shuttle buses all over the roads in the UK, and their prices are cheaper than others. Highly recommend for the UK. They didn't push insurance sales either.
