The staff are fluent in English, but they won't assist with any issues outside their responsibilities. Overall, they are still very friendly.

Picking up the car was very convenient. After exiting the airport and crossing the street, you reach the parking building. The website shows their service hours. Our flight arrived at around 6 AM, so we waited in the hall for a bit. We were their first customers when the counter opened.

Car rental in the city has specific office hours; going early is not useful. However, there aren't many people, so you basically don't have to wait in line. The staff there are also quite nice.
