Great service attitude, quick procedures, and easy return process

Shouqi Car Rental in Melbourne actually uses Europcar, and I have to mention that the staff had a terrible attitude. My English isn't great, and when I didn’t understand a couple of sentences, the staff kept rolling their eyes at me. Later, when I had more questions and went back to the office, their reaction was like 'Oh no, not this person again!' They answered my questions while complaining to their colleagues. The entire experience was very unsatisfactory.

They took advantage of my lack of English skills, added insurance fees directly to the contract without explaining, and had me swipe my card for a deposit before signing. Currently requesting a refund through the rental platform; this company is quite unpleasant.
