The staff pretended to be nice but added many extra insurances without informing us. Terrible.

1. Long wait times in line; 2. The attendant took advantage of us, selling us a toll pass for the San Francisco to Los Angeles route even though there were no tolls; 3. Wrong car model, we booked the more expensive Suburban but were told it wasn't available at pickup and given a Tahoe instead, with a promise to swap it the next day, which never happened over three days; 4. Strongly advise against choosing this company.

Probably you should notify your employees that you use third party for bookings as well.
