I had to pay over 400 CAD additionally at pickup. The receipt shows it as a charge rather than a deposit, and I am unsure what I was charged for. The staff's English was not clear, so I couldn't understand them. 3. I haven't received a refund for this charge yet, so I can't make a final judgment. 4. The actual car delivered was a Kia Cerato SUV, which isn't listed on the platform.

Overall satisfied, but the efficiency here is relatively low; waited in line for almost an hour. The staff kept recommending roadside assistance.

An Indian lady assisted us. She was very friendly and suggested some insurance options. Once I mentioned I had already bought insurance in my home country, she didn't push further. We got a fuel service package, but since we didn't use much fuel, they didn't charge us for it when we returned the car. Very considerate.

The waiting time for picking up the car depends on the number of people in line. There's only one counter, so if there are many people, you just have to wait.
