I waited in line for an hour, and then the counter staff told me my credit card couldn't go through. Even after switching cards, it still didn't work, and they wouldn't let me pick up the car. This is a terrible car rental company. I didn't get the car at all, but they insisted I fill out the car model to leave a review. When I asked for a refund, customer service refused to give me any money back. I spent over 1300 for nothing but frustration. I ended up renting a car from another store right there. The on-site rental cost me a lot more money.

Rental did its job however I find it unflattering that rental was not cleaned prior to our reservation time. There was orange debri or dust through out the entire car as well as trash. Cup holders were not cleaned out nor was the vehicle wiped down. The AC vent cover was missing which was annoying because passengers cannot control their air flow. Vehicle also smelled like smoke so we took it upon ourselves to have the vehicle sprayed to eliminate the odor. Which should have been done on your end as well as a detailed clean of the car. Photos were taken as evidence as this was noticed upon entering the vehicle. Airport pick up is not the easiest so we for the most part assisted ourselves and had no time to request another accommodating vehicle as we waited an hour for this one. So disappointed at Dollar...It was my first time using Dollar (will never use it again) as Easyrentcars gave me a good deal online. When I arrived at Houston IAH airport Dollar car rental counter, the two ladies (named Dee Dee) pulled out my booking records and found out I booked a good deal, they used an excuse and refused to rent the car to me! They whoosed me away from the counter and said: "since you never rented at Dollar before, we did not have your profile, why donot you go any other car rentals???" I was alone in a brand new city and never encountered such situation with rude and unprofessional representatives...
